By accessing or utilizing our Services and/or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. TanglinTime wishes to inform all prospective purchasers that we do not provide warranties regarding the service history, water resistance capabilities, authentication documentation, or timekeeping accuracy of pre-owned timepieces. We strongly encourage prospective buyers to conduct independent verification and authentication prior to completing any purchase.

SECTION 5 - PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

Accepted Payment Methods

We are pleased to accept various payment methods including bank transfer, PayNow, and cash. For a complete list of accepted payment methods, please contact us directly.

Payment Terms

By completing a purchase, you agree to:

  • Provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information
  • Accept applicable sales tax as required under Singapore law
  • Authorize payment processing through your selected payment method
  • Accept our right to correct pricing discrepancies, even subsequent to payment receipt

Reservation Deposit Policy

For your convenience, we offer a reservation service subject to the following terms:

  • A deposit is required to secure any reservation
  • Maximum reservation period: Seven (7) calendar days
  • All deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, except in cases where the timepiece materially differs from its described condition
  • Should your intended collection date exceed seven days, full payment is required
  • The individual placing the deposit must personally complete the transaction and collect the timepiece

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES POLICY

FINAL SALE POLICY

We respectfully inform all customers that ALL SALES CONDUCTED BY TANGLINTIME ARE FINAL.

Please note that we do not offer:

  • Refunds for any reason, including change of mind
  • Exchanges of purchased items
  • Returns of completed transactions

Limited Exceptions:

Our policy provides exceptions only in the following circumstances:

  1. The product substantially differs from its advertised description
  2. The product contains undisclosed defects that materially impair its intended function
  3. As required by applicable Singapore consumer protection legislation

Pre-Purchase Recommendations:

We strongly encourage all prospective purchasers to:

  • Thoroughly inspect all items prior to purchase completion
  • Request additional information or imagery as needed
  • Seek independent authentication for pre-owned timepieces
  • Ensure complete satisfaction before finalizing any transaction

SECTION 7 - PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

We maintain the right to:

  • Contest any payment disputes or chargeback claims
  • Pursue appropriate legal remedies for unsubstantiated claims
  • Permanently exclude individuals who initiate fraudulent disputes from future transactions
  • Report suspected fraudulent activities to relevant authorities
  • Seek full compensation for costs incurred in defending against invalid claims

Important Notice: Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution directly with TanglinTime may be considered an act of fraud and shall result in permanent exclusion from our Services, in addition to potential legal proceedings.

SECTION 8 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Internal Resolution Procedures

Prior to initiating formal proceedings, we kindly request that you:

  1. Contact us at tanglintime@gmail.com within 48 hours of identifying any concern
  2. Provide comprehensive details regarding the nature of your dispute
  3. Allow five (5) business days for our investigation and response
  4. Engage in good faith negotiations for a minimum of thirty (30) days

Formal Dispute Resolution

Should informal resolution prove unsuccessful:

  • All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Singapore
  • The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction
  • Each party shall bear their own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the court
  • Class action proceedings are expressly prohibited

SECTION 9 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product giving rise to such claim.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Claims brought by third parties
  • Any damages exceeding the original purchase price

SECTION 10 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TanglinTime, including our directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights
  • Your use or misuse of our Services
  • Any content you submit through our Services

SECTION 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • The quality of any products or services will meet your expectations

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TanglinTime regarding the use of our Services, superseding any prior agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
